Refund Policy

When refunds are available

Refunds are available for duplicate charges or if we cannot activate your purchased ad-free access. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after access is activated. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Approved refunds are returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method, and the refunded purchase no longer provides ad-free access.

This policy does not restrict refunds, withdrawal rights or other remedies required by the laws that apply to you.

How to request help

Email lijing123lll@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the duplicate charge or activation problem. Never send card numbers, passwords or identity credentials. We will investigate the payment and account record before confirming a refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake. The bank or payment provider determines when funds arrive. A fully refunded purchase no longer unlocks ad-free access; another valid purchase on the same account remains active.
